Yassin has a variety of experience in handling trademark and patent portfolios of local, regional, and international large companies in a wide range of industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, automobile, apparel, electronics, finance, entertainment, etc. Under his supervision, the firm has won many important cases at the IP authorities and judicial courts. He has also been handling many disputes, e.g., oppositions, invalidity and cancellation actions, and infringement cases. He has been playing a role of an external advisor to several clients relating to IP issues.
